The Equinox is a threshold. 

It's an important time to pause, recalibrate, and make space for what wants to emerge.

In this deeply restorative group energy session, Katie will work with the group to reset and shift your energetic state, release tension and old patterns, ground you in your body, and reconnect you with your bigger Self.

Through energy medicine, nervous system support, and the softening power of love and grace, you'll be invited out of effort and into a deeper state of receiving. As the bodyand mind soften and become more spacious, new possibilities become available. 

The intention is that you leave feeling genuinely different than when you arrived—lighter, clearer, more grounded and more connected to yourself and the deeper intelligence moving through you. By softening rather than pushing, you create room for new ways of being to take root, allowing your body and mind to experience different possibilities and supporting the ongoing process of your evolution.

Come exactly as you are and allow yourself to receive the reset, grounding, love and grace that this seasonal threshold has to offer.
