This is a unique 45-minute infusion of evolutionary energy and soul-level nourishment.

It is designed to be your quiet space to pause, receive, recalibrate, and let yourself be held. Zoom cameras are off; you simply get comfortable and open to the experience. You’re resting, listening, noticing, allowing, and letting the work meet you exactly where you are.

HOW IT WORKS

For 45 minutes, I speak and channel what is moving through the collective field of everyone who is present.

I’m listening, feeling, and downloading what wants to come through, and allowing it to move through my voice. I may share words, images, frequencies, and other forms of energetic information that are guided by the felt sense of the group.

You don’t need to follow along or understand what I’m saying. You can simply listen and allow the frequencies and energy moving through my voice to meet your body, mind, and emotional body in whatever way is right for you.

A deep, quiet field is created where the body can soften, the mind can become more spacious, and the deeper layers of you have room to settle, reorganize, and reconnect.

The experience may bring deep rest, movement, insight, release, a shift in perspective, or a renewed sense of connection with yourself and what is alive underneath the surface.

You might join live, or simply put on the recording when you need it. Either way, you’re giving yourself a chance to step out of the usual momentum of life and let yourself be nourished.

People often leave feeling clearer, lighter, more rested, more spacious, and more connected to themselves.

You’re welcome to send me an intention beforehand if there’s something you’d love the session to support, but you don’t need one.

Every session is recorded and the replay will be sent afterwards.
