Soft Landing is a biweekly energy series to help you stay resourced and rooted in your truth.
Each session offers guided energy work, intuitive transmission, and space for gentle Q&A or personalized support for whatever’s present in your life or field. 

This is a tender space to exhale and come home to yourself.
To move through the darker months with steadiness, connection, and inner light.

There’s nothing to do, no homework, and nothing to keep up with — just a chance to relax, receive, and be supported in the field.

    Each session will be 30 - 40 minutes of group energy work followed by 20 mins of “open floor” time to work with a few individuals present or questions sent in before call
