Embody Your Radiance
A venusian solstice Immersion for women
June 21- 26 at The Omega Institute, Rhinebeck NY
Celebrate the Solstice—the time of maximum light—by reconnecting with a different kind of power.
Power that emerges when you soften, not the kind that comes from pushing, striving, or holding everything together.
Modern life asks a lot of women, we need be capable, responsive, organized, and steady, all at once.
Over time, this can create a subtle kind of exhaustion. Deeper than just physical tiredness, it’s a sense of being out of contact with yourself, your body, your desires, and your natural rhythm.
This retreat is a space to come back into that contact.
The Return to Your Natural State
At the height of the Solstice, we gather for five days to explore what it means to inhabit your life in a different way:
by relaxing the patterns that keep you braced, overextended, or disconnected.
This is a return to your natural state of receptivity, presence, and aliveness.
In this work, we look to Venus as a practical guide, and a personal ally.
Venus shows you how you soften.
How you open.
How you receive.
Through understanding your Venus in your birth chart, you begin to recognize what truly nourishes you—what allows your system to rest, restore, and come back into balance.
And this is not a small thing.
A woman who knows how to soften in the right way, her way, begins to change not only her own life, but the field around her.
This kind of grounded, embodied rest is not indulgent.
It is necessary.
It is, in many ways, what restores balance in a world that has become overly driven by force and output.
What You’ll Experience
Over five days at the Omega Institute, you’ll be supported in slowing down and reconnecting with yourself through a range of grounded, accessible practices.
These include:
Gentle, yin-based movement and embodied practices
Exploration of Venus through your astrological birth chart
Creative expression through writing and art
Partner and group exercises to support authentic connection
Energy healing and nervous system repatterning
All of this is offered within a relaxed, supportive environment where you don’t need to perform, produce, or be anything other than where you are.
What Begins to Shift
As you settle into the space, many women begin to notice a quiet but meaningful shift.
The constant sense of urgency softens.
The body begins to relax.
There is more room to feel, to sense, to respond rather than react.
You may find that your relationship to rest, pleasure, and connection begins to change in a way that feels more natural and sustainable.
Rather than something you have to work at, it becomes something you can return to.
Who This Is For
This workshop is open to all women. No prior experience with astrology or embodiment practices is needed.
It is especially supportive for those who feel ready to step out of constant doing, and into a more balanced, connected way of being.
Your Guides
I will be guiding daily energetic repatterning work—subtle, body-based processes that help unwind long-held patterns of over-efforting, self-abandonment, and the unconscious belief that safety must be earned.
Alongside me is my dear colleague and astrological master, Emily Trinkaus, whose work with Venus is precise, intuitive, and deeply embodied. She’ll also lead creative writing practices and yin yoga to support us in going deep and uncovering blocks to our rest and radiance.
It’s honestly such a privilege to get to be in this shared field together for five days. It’s rare, and it’s also incredibly well held by the wider transformational energy of Omega, by the land itself, by three actually-delicious organic meals a day (which, let’s be real, matters), and by having spacious time to rest, wander, and just be in your body again.
The Invitation
If you’re craving a different pace… and a way of being that actually feels good… this is place for you.
Come embody your radiance, uncover your aliveness, and let life meet you again.
